Here is the latest x-ray with the fixed hip! You can barely see the three cuts they made, probably harder to see on such a small picture! You can clearly see his new hardware as well as the staples along his side. I counted 42! After they made the cuts in the hip bone, they rotated the hip to fully cover the ball of the femur. They also shaved some off the femur ball to give it a more rounded shape. His hips look crooked, but he had to stand with most of his weight on his left leg during the x-ray. He is on his way to healing!
